It’s really okay and worth it to have that peace of mind. It’s much more better to dwell on it regardless of anything. The real question is, how do I get out of something toxic around me and enjoy that peace of mind?
Your mental health is important, you never have to do something that you feel like it’s going to cause a breakdown. If you ever feel like you can’t let go of something, how about thinking of how happy and full of smiles you can be if it’s not around. I do agree it’s the hardest thing to do but considering your priorities, gradually you going to let it go.
We all can avoid mental breakdown; it’s much better sharing with someone how you’re feeling or experiencing, even hitting the gym time to time. We all say no pain no gain, YES, you gonna feel and experience all that pain but by the end of the day you going to gain something.
It’s all about personal decisions towards oneself, ALWAYS CHOOSE PEACE OF MIND EVERYDAY.
